Celebrate World Water Week!

World Water Week, March 21 to 26, is a United Nations initiative to highlight the need for safe water and sanitation around the world where approximately 1.2 billion people do not have access to safe drinking water and 2.4 billion lack proper sanitation facilities. SEEDS would like to invite you to learn more about the world water issues with a special lecture “Water, Sanitation and Health” presented by Dr. Banu Örmeci taking place on Tuesday March 22 from 1 to 2 pm in room 3444 Mackenzie Building and a screening of “Blue Gold: World Water Wars” at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 24 in Room 3235.
