The next edition of the Ottawa Valley Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association’s (A&WMA) breakfast seminar is set to take place at the Metropolitain Brasserie on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 7:30 a.m. The guest speaker will be Brian Wastle fomer VP Responsible Care with the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada, who will present “What is the Chemistry Industry Doing about that Old Bugaboo – Sustainability?”. Brian will endeavour to explain why the Chemistry Industry Assocation of Canada has re-invented its long standing Responsible Care initiative and will solicit sceptical and constructive feedback in a Q&A period after his talk. Advanced registration is $25 for A&WMA members and $30 for non-members. Students pay $10 if they are members or $15 if they are non-members.
