Take the Queensway (Highway 417) and exit at Bronson Avenue. Turn south on Bronson and follow Bronson for approximately 2 kilometer. Then, turn right at Sunnyside to enter the University campus (the campus entrance is located at the intersection of Bronson and Sunnyside). Parking is free (correction, R4 is pay and display) in lot R4 after 5pm and the lot is located on the north side the Mackenzie building (see map below). The other nearest parking lot is P2$, which is pay and display lot.

… by Public Transit

Once on Campus…

Head towards the Mackenzie building (indicated by ME on the map). The lecture room is located on the second level. Look for room 3380.

Membership Fees are Due!

The time has finally come to submit your membership fees. The membership fee is $5 and can be submitted to Audrey, in room ME 2378, or to Sahar or Natalie in room ME 3372.

Why should pay the membership fees?

SEEDS is recognized as an official club by CUSA, which means we can apply for all sorts of funding from different sources around campus (CUSA, GSA, CSES, the Dean of Engineering and the Engineering Department). To be an official club, we have to charge member ship fees and $5  was the minimum that we were were allowed to charge.  Having a paying membership also shows that the students think this club is important and allows us to leverage for more funding. Cyclical, yes, but all in the name of more events! So, if you have enjoyed the SEEDS events and like to work that we are doing, then please pay your fees!

To avoid having a plethora of potato salads, we ask  that you email Sahar (at ssoleima@connect.carleton.ca) to let her know what you are brining. We hope to see you all there as we will be unveiling the winner of the Logo Design Competition!!
